These may all be accessed directly from Woodlands via the Lynway - a footpath with stunning views that can be accessed directly from the rear of our property.

Exmoor provides fantastic motorcycling opportunities with sharp and sweeping bends across beautiful countryside and coastal roads. The A399 between Lynmouth and Porlock is rated as one of the best roads in the world for motorcyclists.
Leisure & Activities:
Swimming - is a must from Lee Bay, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands beaches
Cycling - Woodlands is situated on Regional Cycle Route 51, a 39 mile route from Ilfracombe to Minehead with some good climbs and off road sections
Surfing - easily accessible at Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton Sands
