A 4.5* luxury boutique bed and breakfast overlooking the beautiful
forested West Lyn Valley in Exmoor National Park.
Very close to the quaint twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth,  Woodlands is peaceful, surrounded by nature and simply the perfect place for couples to retreat.
A bit about the property

This  beautiful detached Victorian property was originally built in 1882  for a wealthy London gentleman and his family. The house has enjoyed a very interesting history including ownership by the Church, a private school for evacuees in the WW2, a hotel in the 1960s.

Woodlands is a 4.5* rated Fully Licenced Bed and Breakfast with 3 contemporary high standard first floor bedrooms with wet rooms. Just a ten minute walk from Lynton, it is peaceful, quiet, relaxed and friendly. Private parking is free.

Woodlands is very popular with walkers wishing to explore the many delights that Exmoor and the North Devon coastline has to offer.

The famous Valley of Rocks, beautiful Watersmeet (as featured by Julia Bradbury's walks on TV), The South West Coast Path, Lee Bay, Woody Bay, Heddons Mouth, The Tarka Trail, The Coleridge Way and The Two Moors Way are all accessible from our doorstep so you don't need to use the car again once you've arrived!

..........that’s what we're about and we love it!"
